PACIFICISLANDTIME (2) was a narrow winner in a at Fairgrounds (Dirt) then out of the money last time when fourth at this track (Dirt). Down in the weights on last run. Has been in sound form this prep with two wins from four starts. Bold showing expected. AMERICAN SMOOTH (1) was quickly into stride and went on to score by one length last time out over 6½f at Listed level at Fonner Park (Dirt). Finds the right race this time and can get the chocolates. Group 3 placegetter WICKED TRICK (7) did a great job to score by one length over this course and distance last time out to continue his outstanding recent form. Looks well placed so expect another big run. Group 3 winner SECOND OF JULY (5) looks close to a win, finishing in the placings at his last couple of runs including a second most recently over 1m at this track (Dirt) when beaten one length. Likely to push forward and race on the pace. Sure to be thereabouts.
