GIRL AFRAID (2) was comfortably accounted for when third last start over 7f at this track, beaten 7 lengths after being in contention on the bend. That followed a good when resuming win at Fairgrounds. Has the class to take care of this field. FABS (4) is having her first run since November 1. Has a strong record when fresh with two wins from three runs, the most recent over 7f at Colonial Downs at the start of last prep. Will be hard to stop. MISS DARLENE (5) proved too strong two runs ago at this track. Couldn't follow that up last time out when third over 1m at this track, beaten 10 lengths after being prominent at the turn. Finds the right race this time and can get the job done. RAIN (3) last appeared four weeks ago over 7f at this track when she finished sixth. This is her first run for the John Bernard stable.
