BLUE CAN TALK (5) looks close to a win, the latest effort a strong second, beaten half a length, over 5½f at this track. Has a good record here at this journey with two wins and two minor placings from four starts. Sure to run well. DAWN AMNESTY (8) has a moderate winning strike-rate but performed well last time at this track, finishing third and only 1.75 lengths from the winner at the end of 5½f after being in the firing line on the corner. Has a solid record at this course and distance, including a win and five minor placings. Nicely placed to feature in the finish. MUSSA (7) scored narrowly over 5½f at this track last time out with this jockey Victoria Corver in the irons. Will appreciate the big weight drop so she is one of the contenders again. HILTON (3) didn't make an impact at his last run before going for a lay-off on July 7 finishing seventh and beaten 10 lengths over 5½f at Kalgoorlie. Among the better hopes.
