QUARTERSHARE (5) is back after a break of eight months. At the last run before the layoff he finished fourth over 5½f at Rockhampton. Launched last prep with a minor placing at Rockhampton over 5½f. Has ability and sure to prove tough to beat. TEKOPO (12) was lining up for just the second time last start when fourth over 5½f at Mackay, beaten 3.5 lengths. The blinkers go on. Worth another chance. STEP TO SUCCESS (10) was in the money two starts back at Thangool then missed the frame but was not too far away last time over 5f at Yeppoon. The blinkers go on. Solid top-three chance. NOBLE MASTER (11) finished second last time over 5f at this track when resuming from a lay-off, beaten a long neck. In the right race and is a top-three hope.
