STAY SASSY (5) travelled just behind the leader before taking over and scoring a determined win by 1.75 lengths over 6f here last time. Has a fine record here with three wins from eight starts. Leading contender. CHAI (7) improved last time out, finishing 5 lengths from the winner in third at the end of 6f at this track after being prominent at the bend. Finds a tougher race but another big run is on the cards. I'M TELLING MOM (6) proved too strong last start and scored by 2.5 lengths over 6f at this track (Dirt). Has a decent record at this track with two wins and two minor placings from six starts. Alex M Cruz stays on. Expected to measure up. ROCKIT A DAY (4) showed good early dash and led throughout to score by 0.3 lengths last time out over 6½f at this track (Dirt). Juan M Gutierrez who has two wins when partnering stays on.
