WIREWYRE (1) has been thereabouts without winning, the latest finishing a 1.75 lengths fourth at this track (Dirt) and drops in the weights for this. Form sound for this and expected to run well. VILIFIED (3) was out of the money two runs back then again missed the frame last start when he got a long way back over 6f at this track, beaten 1.75 lengths into fifth. Faces an easier assignment so he is one of the main contenders. MONGOLIAN SPRING (2) is a last-start winner three weeks ago, scoring by one length over 5½f at this track. Has sound form here including a win and four minor placings from eight starts. Best figures read very well.
