WEAR THE CROWN (3) started at 9/2 last time on the back of a win at this track (Dirt) two starts ago but was below his best, finishing sixth over 1m at this track (Dirt). Finds a nice race and can make amends. HEY SEQUOIA (2) made progress last time out, finishing 6 lengths from the winner in second at the end of 6½f at this track after being in contention on the turn. Needs to be at his best to beat this field but he cannot be overlooked. SUMMER SHANDEE (7) missed the placings two runs back then improved last start when he worked home well but found a couple better over 1m at this track, beaten one length. Suitably placed so anticipating another big run. WARRENS CANDY MAN (6) turned in a fine effort to score by 0.8 lengths at this course and distance last start in a much improved run. Suitably placed so anticipating another big run.
