VICTORY WALTZ (14) stepped out for the first time last start and was just fair in finishing fourth at Horseshoe Indianapolis (Dirt) over 5f, beaten 8 lengths. Expected to finish much closer with the race experience on board. PAX AMERICANA (6) faced the starter for the first time and finished seventh last start at this track (Dirt) over 5½f, beaten 17 lengths. Expected to be very competitive. LOVELY EMMA (4) is a two-year-old filly on debut. From a strong family that has produced at black type level, being by Twirling Candy from Salsa Diavola. Should get all the favours from this good gate and any market lead would add to the confidence. CIVETTA (8) is a first-starter by Into Mischief from the former top race mare Sentiero Italia who has produced one to win at G1 level. Promising type who is ready to run a bold race.
