LOVIN' LAUGHS (1) showed good early dash last time out and led for most of the way before being claimed and finishing 2.5 lengths away in second over 7f75yards at Kyneton. Rates highly and will be hard to peg back. SLATE RIPPER (2) was allowed to drift back from a wide draw last time before finding the line strongly to score by half a length over 7f at this track. In form and another big run is on the cards. BAILE FERVOR (5) broke his maiden last start over 6½f at this track, scoring by a nose. Harder here but should be involved in the finish. WILD IRISH ROVER (3) was beaten 4.5 lengths into sixth over 5f185yards at Wangaratta at his latest appearance. No surprise to see him in the frame.
