MORE IMPORTANCE (18) has been in the market at his last couple of starts but hasn't made an impression, last start finishing tenth over 5f at Griffith. Rates highly in this line up and can improve. INDEPENDENT (1) doesn't win out of turn, scoring just once from 10 starts. Was again denied last start when he found one better over 5f at Albury. Nicely placed to figure in the outcome. CRIMOSA (15) ran below expectations last time at Griffith, finishing fifth and beaten 2.75 lengths starting at 9/2. Must raise the bar but a big run is on the cards. KAMCHATKA (2) missed the placings two runs back then didn't do any better last start when 11 lengths away in ninth over 5f at Cranbourne. Better than recent efforts suggest.
