Can make it back-to-back wins. CHERRY ROSE (10) was well fancied when resuming last start and proved too strong, scoring by 2.75 lengths over 5½f at Mackay. SER JOH (17) scored last start at Doomben to make it two wins from four starts this campaign. Drawn to enjoy a nice run just off the lead. Winning claims on best figures. Well placed and can figure in the finish again.
