JUNIPAL (1) improved sharply on his seventh two starts back at Randwick with a win over 1m at Doomben two weeks ago, getting home by a neck after he came with a powerful finish. No reason he cannot salute again. TIDAL CREEK (3) ran below expectations last time after being prominent on the bend at Toowoomba, finishing ninth and beaten 4.5 lengths starting at 9/1. Finds a more suitable contest and can find winning form. HYDE (6) got home by just a long neck at his latest appearance over 1m1f at this track. Nice weight drop so he is expected to be competitive again. MENAZZI (8) recorded another minor placing last time out, finishing 2 lengths away in third over 1m1f at this track. Well placed and will be thereabouts again.
