JOHNNY DRAMA (2) improved last time out, finishing 2.25 lengths from the winner in third at the end of 6¼f at this track after being in contention on the corner. Finds a suitable race and can figure in the finish. JOUEUR DE FLUTE (5) resumes from a lay-off of five-and-a-half months. Could only manage to finish tenth at the latest run over 1m at this track. Nicely placed and expected to go well. DUCHESS OF PALOMA (1) is a seven-start maiden who finished fourth, beaten 2 lengths, when resuming from a lay-off last start over 6f at Kenilworth. Should progress from that last outing and poses a genuine threat. STU'S GIRL (6) was beaten 19 lengths into 11th over 7½f at this track at her latest appearance. Well placed to make amends.
