MAPHAKA (9) is a promising colt yet to miss the frame in two starts, including a win. Has not been produced since he scored over 6f at Scottsville on August 4. Should be prominent from the outset. Will prove tough to beat. MON PETIT CHERIE (2) broke through for her maiden win over 6¼f at this track last time, scoring comfortably. Is lightly raced and has plenty of scope for improvement. Has a low draw and she is definitely worth including. KAIBOY (4) was in the market when resuming but could only manage sixth over 5f at this track last start. Has the pace and the right draw to find a good early position. One of the main contenders. MONUMENTAL (1) doesn't win very often but ran a nice race last time out over 6¼f at this track, finishing fourth and beaten 1.1 lengths. Suitably placed so anticipating another bold showing.
