Best figures measure up. Sure to run well. BLACK TIARA (5) was out of the money when resuming two runs back then again missed the frame last start over 6f87yards at Orange, beaten 2.25 lengths into fifth. Well placed and there is no reason she cannot find winning ways. PHILS COLOURS (3) showed promise on debut last time out when in the money over 6f at Dubbo, beaten 0.9 lengths. Inside draw will assist so he is a strong chance. KING CARLOS (2) raced below his best last time when ninth over 5½f at Armidale, beaten 8 lengths. Open to improvement and should be about the mark.
