Has a very strong record at this journey, scoring on three occasions from four starts. Has the early speed to cross from out wide. Among the leading chances. XPRESSO (3) made a nice return in a then met with solid backing but disappointed when seventh over 5½f at this track two weeks ago. Well placed and is among the leading players. END ASSEMBLY (5) missed the placings two runs back then improved last start but found a couple better over 6f at Eagle Farm, beaten 0.9 lengths after being prominent at the turn. Stepping up a level this time but on his best form he is capable of a big performance. WEIGALL TIGER (9) returns after a lay-off of four-and-a-half months. Started the last campaign in good style when in the placings over 6½f at Eagle Farm. One to consider.
