SALTAIRE (7) returns from a layoff of five-and-a-half months. Worth noting she filled a minor placing when returning from a lay-off last time in work over 5½f at Flemington. Yet to win when resuming but generally runs well with two minor placings from four tries. Has switched to the Tony Gollan stable. Rates highly and is likely to be prominent. ACRES AWAY (10) was doing his best work late last start to get up for second over 5f at Eagle Farm. Has a great strike-rate at this distance, including three wins. Another bold showing is expected. TIGER SHARK (4) was prominent at the corner and finished third last time over 5f at Eagle Farm when resuming from a lay-off, beaten 1.75 lengths. Placed to advantage so expect another bold run.
