MARSHMAN (1) rediscovered form back on the AW. Finished runner-up spot in this last season and could have what it takes to go one spot better after a good second in the Listed Hever Stakes at Southwell (5f). A main danger can come from the reappearing JAMES'S DELIGHT (5) who posted an excellent effort in defeat when eighth tackling the 6f G1 British Champions Sprint Stakes at Ascot in October. WITNESS STAND (2) struggled on stable debut in Saudi Arabia (G2). Might do better back on softer ground with that run under his belt. Both SPYCATCHER (6) and IBERIAN (4) may get involved.
