NEVER LET ME GO (13) made it four minor placings in a row last start when third over 6f at Ballarat Synthetic after she gave away a big start on the bend. Suitably placed so anticipating another big run. THE MARINER (4) was well in the market last time out but disappointed when fifth over 6f at Naracoorte, beaten 7 lengths. Has the blinkers removed. Rates highly and a bold showing is expected. DA PLANE DA PLANE (2) faded last time to finish seventh over 6f at Benalla after showing good early speed. Worth another chance. MINASHIGO (14) could only manage to finish sixth, beaten 4.5 lengths, at his latest appearance over 6½f at Wangaratta after he gave away a big start. Solid top-three chance on his best figures.
