CLIFTON DANSEUR (2) reunites with Troy Baker after scoring with ease over 1m2 3/4f at Launceston last time. Has good early speed so should take up a forward position. Will give a great sight. HEWIE (9) produced a good run two starts back to finish second but was below par last time when out of the placings at Launceston over 1m2 1/2f. Suitably placed so anticipating a big run this time. MIKAZUKI (5) finished out of the money two starts back then was beaten 6 lengths when fifth over 1m2 1/2f at Launceston two weeks ago after being in contention on the corner. Nicely placed to take this out. HELLOT (3) was beaten 1.75 lengths into eighth in a 7f contest at Launceston at his latest appearance. Finds a nice race and can atone.
