WOMP ON IT (1) made an encouraging debut last time out, finishing 2.25 lengths from the winner in sixth over 1½f at this track (Dirt). Big chance based on that effort. POLITICAL MOON (5) missed the frame on debut then progressed nicely at his second outing when in the firing line on the turn, finishing 0.1 lengths from the winner in second at the end of 1½f at this track. Best figures measure up. Sure to run well. RUN FOR THE PRIZE (8) has been in the betting at both starts but has failed to live up to market expectations. Most recently finished sixth over 1½f at this track (Dirt), beaten 1.5 lengths. Right in the mix.
