JEWEL FIRST DASH (2) finished second over 1f31yards at Evangeline Downs (Dirt) at his most recent appearance on December 7. Rates highly and should take some beating. HARD NINETY (3) was prominent on straightening and stuck on well to finish third last start over 1f at Louisiana Downs (Dirt), beaten one length as favourite. Needs to be at her best to beat this field but she is good enough to play a major role. DEEZ ALL JOOMY (6) is close to breaking through after two consecutive placings, the latest at Louisiana Downs over 1½f. Well placed and should be in the finish again. FREIGHTTRAIN 1351 (9) caught the eye last start over 1f at Louisiana Downs (Dirt), coming from well back to finish 0.9 lengths from the winner in third. Arnulfo Gutierrez stays aboard and although yet to win has been in the money on two occasions. Strips fitter and deserves respect.
