BENISSIMO (2) settled well back and never threatened when eighth over 1m at Fairgrounds (Turf) last time out. Beautifully placed and is sure to take plenty of stopping. ADMIRAL HALSEY (3) last appeared when sixth over 1m at Del Mar (Turf) four months ago at the only appearance of that campaign. Under the care of new trainer Justin R Evans this prep. Has the pace to be in a prominent position from the outset. Will give a great sight. BUFFETT (9) progressed nicely last time out to finish just one length from the winner in third over 6½f at this track. Looks well placed so expect another big run. ROYAL DE BE (5) finished third last time out over 1m at this track (Dirt), making it seven career minor placings. Has a solid record at this track, finishing in the top-three three times. Worth considering.
