FINGER ROLL (8) is back from a lay-off of three months and does go well when fresh, including a win to launch last campaign over 1m at this track (Dirt). Looks set to run well. DIAMOND MESSA (1) finished 8 lengths from the winner in sixth on turf at this track two starts back. Missed the frame in another run on turf last time at this track over 1m1/4f when 8 lengths adrift in seventh. Nicely placed and worth following up back on dirt. ASPIRING COMEDIAN (3) turned in a moderate run over this journey last time out, settling out the back and failing to make an impact when tenth over 1m1/4f at this track (Turf). Taking on a better line-up this time but he has the ability to mix it with them. GRAFT (5) proved too strong two runs ago but was not as effective last time out when eighth over 1m1f at Colonial Downs, beaten 9 lengths. In contention this time.
