ESCAPE ARTIST (1) improved sharply on his sixth two starts back at this track (Turf) with a win over 1m1f at Santa Anita (Turf) five weeks ago, getting home by 0.1 lengths after being prominent at the bend. Well placed and there is no reason he cannot repeat the dose. LIVING LIFE (6) returns after a lay-off of four months. Started the last campaign impressively when in the placings over 1m at Santa Anita. Has found a suitable race. REIQUIST (7) found plenty to salute by a nose three runs back at this track (Turf) before filling a minor placing at his last two starts. Armando Ayuso stays aboard. Certainly one to consider. RED CROSS KNIGHT (5) returns after a break of nine weeks. Excels when fresh with three wins from as many starts including a win over 6f at Los Alamitos at the start of last prep. Can make his presence felt while fresh.
