CASSETTE (8) finished 7 lengths away in fourth last time out over 5f at Katherine a week ago. Steps up in journey. Should camp just off the leaders. Expecting a bold showing. SIGNOR BILL (1) did little and finished 14 lengths from the winner in 12th over 1m at Wangaratta last start, a less impressive effort than his fourth at Geelong the run before. Won't find this as tough so he is one of the main contenders. CAPTAIN GEORGE (2) is experiencing a long win drought, extended last start when tenth over 6f at this track. Has the talent to produce a better result.
