HACHIMAN (5) finished third at this track two runs back but was less effective last time over 5f at this track, finishing 6 lengths back in sixth. Nicely placed to make amends. CANADA BAY (3) went forward and proved too strong when resuming last time out, scoring by a long neck over 5½f at this track. Best figures measure up. Sure to run well. HOUSTON STAR (6) wasted no time getting off the mark on debut over 6f at this track three-and-a-half weeks ago. Among the chances. HOTIM ENGLISH (1) was well fancied but below best latest, finishing sixth at this track but has a new rider this time. Better than last start and can bounce back.
