BEAR STORY (1) Group 3 winner. Last appeared seven weeks ago over 1m1f at Sandown-Hillside when he finished fourth. This is his first run for the Neil Dyer stable. Makes plenty of appeal in the new surrounds. STARSPANGLED BABY (12) is yet to find the frame in two runs since resuming from a lay-off, the latest when fourth over 6½f at this track. NOIR DE RUE (4) could only manage sixth when resuming two runs back then improved last start but found a couple better over 6½f at this track, beaten only 1.3 lengths. Needs to be at his best to beat this field but he is up to the challenge. WOLFBURN (10) scored last start at this track to make it three wins from five starts this campaign. Has seven wins from 12 starts at this circuit. Can sneak into the finish.
