LORD FINLAND (7) doesn't win out of turn but ran a strong race last time when beaten a neck into second over 6½f at Canberra. Has the gate speed to take up a forward position. Will prove tough to beat. VIA VEGAS (9) was below his best last time, finishing tenth and beaten 6 lengths over 5½f at Benalla. Steps up a level but he is worth another chance. MR MARRAKECH (3) doesn't win out of turn, scoring just once from 11 starts. Did a good job last start to finish third over 5f190yards at Albury, beaten 1.4 lengths. Best figures measure up nicely. Makes plenty of appeal. TEETOTAL (2) has been racing in good style including a last start second over 6½f at Canberra, beaten a neck. Hard to leave out.
