Well placed and there is no reason he cannot make amends. STEEL RAIN (2) recorded a gutsy maiden victory last time out over 1m at Gosford, scoring by a head. Looks well placed and he is one of the main chances. IMPRESSIONISM (1) was out of the money when resuming two runs back then again missed the frame last start over 7f at Newcastle, beaten 7 lengths into fifth after being in contention on the bend. Ideally placed and is sure to give this a mighty shake. CASH AND CARDS (3) showed early speed from a good draw last time and battled on to finish ninth, beaten 3.5 lengths, over 7f at Grafton. Can figure in the finish.
