TKAC (1) settled well back from a wide draw last time then wound up strongly to finish fifth over 1m1/2f at Keeneland (Turf). Will drift back but is sure to prove tough to beat. LORD BARANOF (2) made an encouraging debut last time out, finishing 1.75 lengths from the winner in second over 1m1/2f at this track (Dirt). Likely improver who is expected to be in the finish. TRACK RANGER (4) was beaten just 0.3 lengths last start and landed his first top-three finish in the process at Horseshoe Indianapolis (Dirt) over 1m. Has taken a while to hit form and poses a serious threat again. BAYTOWN BEATLE (9) could only manage to finish fifth, beaten 4.5 lengths, at his latest appearance over 1m1/4f at Presque Isle Downs (Synthetic). Solid top-three chance on his best figures.
