There was plenty to like about a KING OF ANGELS (4) debut fourth over course and distance at the May meeting. Hugo Palmer does notoriously well at this venue and his Dark Angel colt can find enough improvement to get off the mark. Form horse FLICKA'S GIRL (1) finished runner-up to a nice performer in a 5f conditions event here recently. Cannot be ignored on first attempt at 6f. The two nicely-bred newcomer COLUMNIST (3) and CABELLEROSO (2) both warrant plenty of respect.
