RAY'S GONE ASTRAY (8) showed good early dash last time out and led for most of the way before being claimed and finishing 0.3 lengths away in second over 5f at Mountaineer Park (Dirt). Rates highly and will be hard to peg back. OPTIMISTIC NATE (6) turned things around last start and scored by 1.3 lengths after being in the firing line on the turn over 5½f at Penn National (Dirt). Suitably placed so anticipating another big run. TAP YOUR HEART (9) has progressed nicely in his last couple of runs. Finished third at Mountaineer Park (Dirt) two starts back then scored by 0.1 lengths last time out over 5½f at Mountaineer Park (Dirt). Must raise the bar but he has the ability to test this field. DISCREET DEVIL (3) raced below his best last time when eighth over 7f at this track (Dirt), beaten 12 lengths. Finds a nice race and can make amends.
