Likely to push forward and race on the pace. Among the leading chances. RIDE THE RAPIDS (3) was below her best last time when sixth after being in the firing line on the corner over 6½f at this track (Dirt), beaten 8 lengths. Has a good record at this course and distance, including three wins. This is a nice drop in grade so she is a major player. QUANTICO CREEK (7) missed the placings two runs back then did well last start but found one better over 7f at this track, beaten only half a length after being in the firing line on the turn. Has her share of talent. Hard to beat in this suitable race. BEST VIRGINIA (4) returned from a lay-off last start with a strong win by 1.3 lengths over 4½f at this track (Dirt). Fitter for that last hitout and appeals as a solid top-three hope.
