SAM WHEAT (5) turned in a nice effort to score two runs ago at this track. Less impressive last time out when eighth over 7f at this track, beaten 20 lengths. Finds an easier assignment and can get the job done. RAINBOW DAY (7) put the writing on the wall last start and was beaten just half a length into second over 6½f at this track (Dirt). Looks well placed so expect another big run. LOST WEEKEND (8) finished out of the money two starts back then was beaten 11 lengths when fourth over 7f at this track three-and-a-half weeks ago. Faces an easier assignment so he is likely to play a big role. NEVER GREW UP (3) has put together back-to-back placings, the latest when 5 lengths away in third over 6½f at this track (Dirt). Well placed to figure prominently again.
