COLLECTED DREAMS (4) is close to breaking through after finishing second last start over 4½f at this track (Dirt) when she was prominent throughout. Well placed and there is no reason she cannot find winning ways. MAKAAN (6) gave away a big start and never came on when resuming last start, finishing ninth and beaten 20 lengths over 6½f at this track (Dirt). Nicely placed to feature in the finish. SAFFRON (2) stepped out for the first time last start and was just fair in finishing fourth at this track (Dirt) over 4½f, beaten 9 lengths. Senior rider aboard. Shapes as one to consider. GRAN PATRONA (3) turned in a moderate debut over 4½f at this track (Dirt) on April 13 when she was safely held in fifth, 11 lengths from the winner. Worth noting Maximo Chilo has been engaged. Open to plenty of improvement. Don't underestimate.
