BIG ROWDY DAN (8) improved sharply on his fourth two starts back at Laurel (Dirt) with success as public elect over 6f at Thistledown (Dirt) nine days ago, getting home by one length after being in contention on the bend. Tackling a deeper field this time but he is up to the task. JUBA'S HAT TRICK (4) found a couple better last start at this track (Dirt) over 7f after he was prominent at the turn. Has a very strong record at this journey, scoring on three occasions from four starts. G Larrosa who has scored on him four times retains the mount. Bold showing expected. HAMMER (5) displayed plenty of early toe and went on to score by 0.8 lengths when resuming last time out over 5½f at Laurel (Dirt). Has the class to build on that strong effort last start. THEWITCHISGONE (7) progressed nicely last start to finish a close second over 6½f at this track after missing the placings at the previous appearance. Best figures measure up. Sure to run well.
