COMPANY CLOWN (5) couldn't have been more impressive when resuming last start when he scored by 3 lengths over 4½f at this track (Dirt). JUBA BOUND (3) was in the firing line all the way and fought on for second last start over 4½f at this track (Dirt), making it two minor placings in a row. Should park just off the speed. This looks a sterner test than last time but on his best form he is one of the key runners. EMPEROROFTHEDARK (2) was out of the money when resuming from a lay-off last start over 4½f at Mountaineer Park, beaten 9 lengths after being in the firing line on the turn. Second up record is very strong. Meets some better types this time but this is well within his grasp. BALI'S SHADE (6) returned from a lay-off two weeks ago when he was beaten 5 lengths into sixth over 6½f at this track. Strips fitter and can turn things around.
