CATOGGIO (4) registered his first win when resuming last start over 5¾f at Geelong, getting home by 2.25 lengths. Sparingly raced and has more to offer. Re-unites with Jye Mcneil who was on board last start. Sure to prove tough to beat again with that win now under his belt. GETAFIX (2) turned in a eye-catching run last start over 7f at Rosehill, winding up hard from well back on straightening to finish a close second. Should go well again. SUPERNIMA (5) was only a long neck from the winner in third last time out in a small field over 6¼f at Geelong at the first run of the campaign on soft going. Will be fitter for that run, can expect a bold showing. TAKEN (11) finished second last time over 6f at Moonee Valley, beaten 0.8 lengths. Will trim down following recent racing. Placed to advantage and can run a bold race.
