Group 1 placegetter MAYFAIR (5) was prominent throughout last time when third over 7f in the G1 Golden Rose Stakes at Rosehill. Should be in the finish again. Group 2 winner EVAPORATE (3) has four wins and one placing from five races this campaign. Scored last start by one length in the G2 Bill Stutt Stakes at Moonee Valley over 1m. Needs to be at his best to beat this field but he cannot be underestimated.
