MRS CHRISSIE (9) was in a different class last time out, settling well back before rounding up her rivals to score by 2.5 lengths over 5½f at Ballarat. Takes on a better field this time but is expected to be in the finish. ROMANTIC CHOICE (12) has scored at her last two starts, most recently by 1.5 lengths over 5f at this track as favourite. That continued the very strong form this campaign, with two wins from three starts. Big chance once again. IT'SOURTIME (1) raced on the speed from the outset last start and finished second, beaten half a length, over 6f in the LR Doveton Stakes (Cleary Stakes) at Caulfield. Likely improver with strong prospects. FICKLE (13) showed good early dash and led throughout to score by a long neck last time out over 5f at this track. Tougher company here but can figure in the finish.
