TOWNSVILLE (6) built on a nice third when fresh from a lay-off two starts back at this track with success as favourite over 7f at this track two weeks ago, getting home by a neck. Looks well placed so expect another big run. CALICO KID (3) found the line nicely last start to get up for second over 7f at this track. Has the pace to be in a prominent position from the outset. Capable of testing this field. ORTUM KRISP (2) has put together back-to-back placings, the latest when 0.8 lengths away in second over 6f at this track. Suitably placed so anticipating another big run.
