EXPENSIVE ROSE (3) recovered from a slow start to finish second debuting at Pontefract. Key contender with that experience to call on. ALLA STELLA (1) is by a sire beginning to pick up momentum and half-sister to a G2 winner. Makes for plenty of appeal on paper ahead of her debut. LI BAN (5) was only beaten 1.75L making her second start at Windsor. Might step forward tackling this longer trip. MODERN UTOPIA (6) is another newcomer with a smart pedigree. Worth monitoring in the betting.
