HOPPER (1) did a fair job on debut last time out, finishing 0.9 lengths from the winner in fourth over 6¼f at this track. Open to sharp improvement and can get off the mark this time. METAPHORICALLY (4) is a two-start maiden who resumed from a lay-off last start and was beaten 1.5 lengths when fifth over 6¼f at this track. Chance to break his maiden status with that run under his belt. AMUSING (7) has been racing well and is close to a win, the latest effort a solid third at Kembla Grange over 6½f. Harder here but should be involved in the finish. SHE REX (10) was prominent from the outset on debut last start and held on well for second, beaten 1.5 lengths, over 6f at Kembla Grange. Open to plenty of improvement.
