BY DECREED (2) was out of the money when resuming from a lay-off last start over 4½f at this track, beaten 12 lengths. Needs to be at his best to beat this field but he deserves plenty of thought. MO LIGHT NOW (6) is a first-starter by Laoban from Light And Variable who has been a wonderful producer including a winner at the elite level. Comes from a stable which has an impressive strike rate with the first-starters. Should be thereabouts despite an awkward gate. MEGA HEART (7) stepped out on her debut over 4½f at this track (Dirt) four weeks ago and finished seventh, beaten 19 lengths. Should be thereabouts.
