MORGS WORLD (2) missed the frame when resuming last start over 1m at this track (Turf) but wasn't all that far from the winner. Usually performs well with that run under her belt. Has a decent record at this trip with five minor placings from six tries and can get the job done. BIRDIE BE GONE (5) finished 11 lengths from the winner in fifth last time out in Listed grade at this track (Dirt) over 6f. Has a strong record at this trip, scoring two times from four starts. Drops back in grade. Leading contender. MANHATTAN CHERRY (4) returned from a lay-off three weeks ago when she was beaten 10 lengths into fourth over 5f at this track. Nicely placed to feature in the finish. ANN ALEE (7) hasn't made an impression lately despite market confidence. Last start could only manage fifth over 5f at this track (Dirt). Expecting improvement.
