LEAN EAGLE (3) has been in the placings at his last two starts, finishing second last time over 6¼f at this track. Well placed and there is no reason he cannot find winning ways. IRRESISTIBLE FORCE (5) has switched yards since finishing second two-and-a-half weeks ago over 5f196yards at Home Hill. One of the genuine hopes in the race. LORD POWER (4) was in the firing line on the turn and progressed nicely last start to finish a close second over 7½f at Mareeba after missing the placings at the previous appearance. Taking on a better line-up this time but he is up to the challenge. NIC'S DREAM (10) improved sharply last time out to score by a neck over 5f134yards at Mareeba two weeks ago. Solid top-three prospects.
