BAKERSFIELD (1) produced a reasonable effort when fourth last start after being in the firing line on the bend over 4¾f at this track, beaten 1.3 lengths. That followed a win at this track the start prior. Looks well placed so expect a better run this time. SPEC OF SILVER (16) got home by just a head at her latest appearance over 5f at Bowen. Nice weight drop so she is right in contention. DELANCY (8) finished 11th two runs back then improved last start but found a couple better over 6¼f at this track, beaten 4.5 lengths after being prominent at the bend. Going up a level this time but he has the ability to mix it with them. SHERE KHAN (12) ran a better race when second up last time out, finishing fourth over 4¾f at this track. Ready to show his best.
