HAFEY (1) built on a nice second two starts back at Moora with success over 1m1 1f at Collie a week-and-a-half ago, getting home by one length. Nicely placed to give this a mighty shake. RED DWARF (4) got the prize two runs ago at this track. Less impressive last time out when fifth over 1m3f at Ascot, beaten 5 lengths. Won't find this as tough so he is a leading contender. CANDLELIGHT SHERIF (6) turned in a decent effort last start to finish second over 1m3f at Belmont Park after being in contention on the corner. Likely improver with strong prospects. SANTA BRAE (3) showed good early dash and raced on the speed last start before fading to finish 7 lengths back in 11th over 1m3f at Ascot. Can feature in the finish.
