CRUISE TO RIO (2) is back after a break of 12 weeks. Started the last campaign in good style when in the placings over 6f at Ascot. Strong chance to kick the campaign off on the right note. PERFECT CHANT (5) was a winner over 6f at Belmont Park last time, racing on the pace before getting the upper hand and scoring by 0.9 lengths. Looks the testing material again. PLAY DICE (1) last appeared on February 4 when a good fourth over 6f in the LR Western Autralian Breeders' Classic at this track, beaten 2.5 lengths. Has to be respected. STORYVILLE (10) resumes after a break of four-and-a-half months. Did win at her only other when resuming run when on debut, scoring over 5f at Belmont Park. Placed in a recent trial. One of the genuine hopes in the race.
